Project Details

Project overview

I developed a Europe-first acquisition campaign for the DCL and Blocktrade partnership, generating more than 1,500 tracked registrations in its opening weeks. The work combined audience research, campaign creative and conversion tracking within a restricted technical environment.

The challenge

The brief involved a new audience crossover between drone racing and a crypto platform, with limited campaign material available. Website access was restricted because of security requirements. I needed to establish a credible audience approach and make the registration objective measurable within those constraints.

My approach

I researched the market and platform requirements before shaping the acquisition strategy. I prioritised European audiences, developed the campaign creative and worked within the available technical access to implement conversion tracking. This gave the partnership a defined action to measure and a clearer basis for assessing campaign delivery.

What this work demonstrates

The central leadership decision was to resolve the audience and measurement questions alongside the creative work. This case shows how I approach an unfamiliar brief, work across technical constraints and stay accountable to a specific campaign objective.
